Christian Care Service for the Intellectually Disabled received funding from the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government's Social Welfare Department's 'Arts Development Fund for Disabled Persons' to organise a programme called 'Art‧Culture‧Talents'. Over 18 months of preparation and artistic training, 519 art classes were held, covering 6 performing arts and 8 visual arts disciplines, nurturing the artistic talents of 272 people with disabilities. The outcomes are presented to the public in 4 forms: an exhibition, a collection of works, an art performance and a microfilm.
With the theme 'Seek and You Shall Find', the project tells the stories of little people in Hong Kong's grand era. The exhibition, art performance and catalogue focus on impressions of Hong Kong, such as landmarks, architecture, food, sports, traditional culture and customs, evoking resonance among the audience. The microfilm, on the other hand, speaks from the perspective of the little people, conveying that in the midst of life's changes, one can still hold on to memories and find love and oneself.
